For each physical product you trade in you need to create a new stock item. Items hold the information that is required for agreements, invoices & deliveries.
To maintain an overview of your stock and to help you sort and find items, it is useful to categorize your items into categories. You should firstly create your categories and then your sub categories and finally your stock items.
